we are

Welcome to our oasis of relaxation and rejuvenation. Overlooking scenic Bald hill Cove, on Route 1A right at the Hampden/Winterport line. The sauna is bright during the day. At night we have mood lighting options for a very tranquil experience.

There is a small changing room at the entry way, and towels are provided for our guests.

We offer Private sessions, Semi private sessions. And in the future mobile rentals.

Due to limited parking semi private sessions are limited to 6 people.

Visits will be by reservation unless we hold an open event
